The vision was "Modern Coastal Elegance Meets Mexican Paradise" from our very first design consultation, Dalia and Edison described their dream wedding as modern, elegant, and deeply personal, with every detail reflecting their love for nature and the ocean. We set out to create a unique Catholic ceremony and river front reception experience that felt elevated yet still connected to the natural beauty of Playa del Carmen. Our design featured organic textures, natural woods, and neutral-toned florals inspired by the soft sands of the beach. We balanced these elements with luxurious gold accents, lush greenery, and modern floral installations, blending elegance with coastal charm.

The Venue... Let's just take a moment to soak in the beauty of Xcaret Mexico, it's a paradise like no other. For anyone considering a destination wedding in Mexico, Hotel Xcaret is a dream venue that goes beyond expectations. A design that inspired a collection, the reception setup was so extraordinary that our design partner decided to create a new luxury inventory collection inspired by this wedding, naming it the “Shelby Collection.” The collection features: • Hand-carved wooden arches with intricate designs, perfect for framing oceanfront ceremonies • Custom-built reception tables with natural wood and metallic accents • Organic floral installations featuring pampas grass, white roses, and olive branches for a modern coastal look all set in black and white vases.
